At the moment, I hold the post of the Communications and Marketing Manager for the African Students Association; this means a lot to me as I am a pioneer executive of the organization. Also, I am involved in the Honors Students Organization, National Society of Black Engineers, Alcorn Chess Club, Alcorn Robotics Club, Leetcode Practice Club and have been actively engaged in the Alcorn State University Honda Campus All-Star Challenge Quiz Bowl team.
My strongest programming language is JavaScript. I have created web applications using this language and it's frameworks. Recently, I participated in Google’s first ever Virtual Coding Challenge and although I could use either C++ or Python, I made sure to implement my code in JavaScript first then convert my “commented” pseudo-code to C++. I am comfortable with C++ and Python, but JavaScript is a language I feel most free with because it is my first programming language.
Implement custom chatbots on Facebook made with free online software. Run general tests with volunteer Facebook users to ensure maximum optimization and share ideas with my team towards enhancing the scope of our prototype bot on Slack.
